I was especially pleased with the sales clerk, Laney R......she was very helpful and was able to help me with a different charm, since the one that I came to get was the Tree of Life, and they did not have one in stock. She was able to show me another charm which I really liked and boxed it up for me since I was meeting a friend to give to her for her birthday.......very nice and pleasant experience shopping in this store.
