Laney was our salesperson and did a fabulous job of making us feel comfortable. We are relatively new to the Pandora experience and she took the time to patiently answer our questions and educate us without making us feel dumb.

People were very helpful as I knew nothing about the bracket and charms

I was highly satisfied because I come to this location very often and each time the sales associate are eager to help and tell me about the latest deals. I also was satisfied because even when they are packed they make sure everyone is helped in a timely fashion. Their customer service skills are very professional at all times.

The bracelet I originally wanted only had an size 32. Laney went out of her way and took the display bracelet and made sure it was my size. I really was happy that the bracelet because I only wanted that bracelet.

The associates were extremely nice and the store was very busy due to being the holiday season. Everyone had smiles on their faces and cheerful!

My Associate was an exemplary sales person. She was friendly but not "pushy". She pulled out many trays as I would request different ones. She was so kind and told me about the gift and gave me a pouch specifically for my Rose Gold Pieces which I had no knowledge of and I has bought my Rose Gold there long ago and the person didn't mention having a black pouch for Rose Gold. Very knowledgeable!

The store was arranged nicely, a sales person greeted us quickly, we made our purchase quickly.

Sorry made the wrong choice, this is the only store I'll go to and yes if my daughter is engaged over Christmas I'll have to go back in 90 days

Even though I was working with a new employee, she did an outstanding job. She was being helped by a supervisor who knew what needed to be done, but all parts of the sale were taken care of very well. It probably helped that I knew exactly what I wanted when I got to the store.

Because Theo was very friendly and knowledgeable. I walked into Pandora knowing exactly what I wanted and she helped me execute it.
