The sales associate was extremely helpful. The store was very busy so you had to go on a list and wait for service. I am handicapped and the store was to tight to maneuver.

Please process of getting service was a fair one. Even though they were really busy the sales associate took the time to explain a cheaper options available.

The Store was full, the manager kept order and turnover in a fast and efficient manner. The return was painless and the new purchase was very efficient.

I have been going to purchase Pandora charms for my Fiance, now my Wife, since we started courting. She loves the charms & the bracelet, and I enjoy shopping there to pick her out something unique. The girls in that store are always courteous, kind & helpful. My wife has always been ecstatic over my choices of charms there.

We only waited around 5 minutes to be helped despite it being a crowded Saturday in December. Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She showed us a number of options and helped us decide which would be best for what we were looking for.
