Great selection, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was in a time crunch when I arrived, but needed a gift for my best friend's birthday and the staff was able to assist me quickly and get me on my way without even blinking an eye. They were fantastic!!!

My daughter was buying her first Pandora bracelet with her allowance money. She’s 12 years old so not quite fully grown so we were not sure which size bracelet she should get. The sales associate talked to us about how the bracelet will stretch over time so she still has some growing room. When we left, my daughter only had the bracelet at this point because that’s all she could afford, however, she was the happiest girl in the world! And I was a very happy mom knowing that she got the perfect size bracelet that she won’t outgrow for years to come! Will we will definitely be coming back soon!

Very excited with the promotion and very happy that the charms I was looking for were available

It was my birthday and I had recently lost my bracelet so I was excited to get another one. The sales associate came to me and was polite and ready to assist. She also was aware of the promotion that was going on for the preferred customers and assisted me with the sale.

The sales lady was very knowledgeable about the products. She was friendly and sweet. She listened to what I was looking for and gave the best advice.

I had such a nice experience! Lucie and Hayley were so kind and helpful! I was very impressed!
