My brother and I went to Pandora for a mother’s day gift for my mom. I wanted to get her a sapphire charm for her Pandora bracelet. There was only one set of charms with birthstones, and the stones aren’t prominent on the charms. After I told the sales associate what I was looking for she quickly pulled all the charms with dark blue. It gave us a lot more options of charms we really liked. She was patient & had helpful insight as went through the process of elimination until we chose the perfect one for my mom.

The sales associate HOPE was so sweet, professional and patient. She mentioned the promotion and suggested a way for us all to benefit. My mother, cousin and I were looking for matching charms and she helped tremendously.
