Hope was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated her assistance with gathering a nice selection of rings to choose from without me having to continuously pick one item out at a time from the case. I appreciated her letting me know of promos going on as well as informing of the free cleaning my jewelry is eligible for. I was unaware of quite a few different things regarding my jewelry because I normally go to Jared due to the location being much more convenient, however after this experience I will definitely make the extra trip to go into this Pandora location in the future.

The sales associate was very helpful in showing me all of the new styles, etc. There was plenty of room to move around and see everything. I was very pleased overall with everything.

I purchased a bracket in Dublin to remember the trip, the clasp has bent and will no longer close, it was very disappointing.
