Friendly staff & found exactly what I was looking for & no wait time.

It was right after Christmas when i went in so it was very busy but all the associates were smiling and very up beat! I’m assuming it was probably the manager that was dealing with return and the customer was being very rude while we were in there. But she was so professional!

There was no hassle over the exchange. The staff knew that the product came from the online store and readily exchanged it. The sales associate knew the exact location of the product I wanted to exchange.

My needs were immediately addressed. The associate helped me with the selection of another charm and arranging my bracelet to most charming. She explained my need for clips and helped me choose one that was appropriate.
