Got in and out quickly. Described to the sales associate what I needed and she promptly found it. It is nice to have someone ask if I needed assistance, rather than being ignored which tends to happen in some of the large department stores.

Even though the store was slam packed with people I was still able to get high quality service in a timely fashion

I was able to find actually what I needed and the price was great to.

The store wasn't too crowded. I was able to walk up to the counter and get my questions answered immediately. I was assign an associate to assistance me with the product I was looking for and how the Pandora bracelet concept works.

Although store was very busy, sales associate got to me within minutes. Sales associate was very knowledgable about inventory and even made a suggestion on the type of jewelry i was going to buy. Sales Associate made my visit an enjoyable experience and was a credit to your organization!

I normally shop for Pandora at Jared's Jewelry but their sales people ignored me for a considerate amount of time before I finally walked out the door. They were not that busy to at least acknowledge me and say they would be with me shortly. My experience at the Cool Springs Mall Pandora was completely the opposite!!!

The ring my granddaughter wanted was retired. The sales associate worked with me while I took pictures of possible rings and texted them to my granddaughter. Her helpfulness was amazing!

I was Christmas shopping for my wife. I gave the sales associate a theme( New York) and she quickly showed me merchandise with that theme. I purchased two charms.
