The store was very busy but the staff was very organized. They had a system in place that made everything flow smoothly. There were enough staff working so that you were not waiting to ask questions. The staff were very knowledgeable about their product

I went to purchase Christmas gifts for my wife. The sales associate Viviana was extremely helpful she was very pleasant and helped me make the right decisions seeing this was the first time I’ve ever been in one of your stores. The best part was that the store is located in a mall known to cater to the rich (snooty) your employees were so friendly and genuinely interested in helping me. I plan to return to this store and purchase more charms for my wife.

I would like bigger hoop earrings. Can you make them. Also, size of the ring I wanted was not available I bought a half size smaller so I could get my ring.

This was my first time visiting the store as well as looking at any Pandora products ever. Although the store was somewhat crowded at the time that I entered, I was greeted and offered assistance immediately. This was great as I was on my lunch break and had other colleagues waiting on me in the mall. The associate helped me to find the perfect gift for my Pastor's wife during their 35th Pastoral Anniversary Celebration. She also made me aware of the special offer they had where I was able to get two rings for myself and only had to spend $5! I'll definitely be visiting again SOON!
