I drove fron Chattanooga, Tn looking for a certain charm. She gave me pacific directions to the location in Franklin. Once in the parking lot, I had to call back to find which entrance to enter without having to walk all over. When i entered store, she gave me a nice BIG WELCOME!!

I asked to see specific merchandise, and was shown one item. When I saw another item of the specific item I initially inquired about, the associate told me about it. The associate was not rude, however, I feel that there were more items available than what I saw, whether recent or not. I receive emails from the company and had seen items, however, I could not to refer back to them on the day of my visit. I’ve shopped in that store before, as, that store is where I prefer to go when I want to buy something from Pandora. Thank you

I felt like my visit in the store was a bit rushed as I was making my purchase. I feel almost coaxed into purchasing another item when I had only came there for a pair of earrings.

Problem with my necklace. Had to search emails to find receipt because sales associate assume it was a Scam since the receipt wasn't under my primary email. I found it under online order from last vegas

Long wait in line to get in. I don't like that the franklin location still makes you wait to get in. I usually drive to the murfreesboro location that no longer makes people wait to shop.

Wait in line was long, even though the store wasn't full. My boyfriend and I was in and out, because I knew What I wanted.While standing in line, we were not asked what we were looking for, but the other customers were asked . No Biggie, like I said, I knew what I wanted
