I am disappointed that there is only one new Harry Potter charm so far this year. I love the new time turner charm and wish I could get it in silver, my great granddaughter wants that charm, she is only seven, so will wait on that one. I also purchased the Doby charm for a great granddaughter.

Was looking for a bead representing Williamsburg, VA. Only one available had flip flops????

Pricing I would like to see more discounts and/or sales.

I was supposed to receive the free Belt Bag with my purchase. I spent $332.52 on 8/27/2021. The sales representative had even made a point to tell me about the promotion. In the process of checking out and getting everything bagged up I did not pay attention. When I returned home, the gift was not in my bag of merchandise. I live 2 hours away from the store. Otherwise the experience was amazing! The sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

I had been waiting for a good 15 minutes due to the employees already working with someone. Another lady came in and started talking with an employee to cut me in line. The employee finally told her that she would have to wait there was someone else in front of her.

Pandora reps was wonderful. The store was clean as always it’s just online inventory for in store pick up should truly be updated with accurate info.

The bracelets i wanted were not in stock. I had To get something else that i didnt really want. The bracelet i got Is still pretty though

Clasp will not close on bracelet.

This particular store does not seem to be stocked with the merchandise as it should.

I live in Murfreesboro and had to travel to Cool Springs to find the charms I was looking for.
