Sales Associate wasn't very friendly when handling us. I noticed she was friendly prior to taking care of us & was willing to have a full, ongoing conversation with her until us. Figured maybe it's because we were younger & she could care less to respect us as people.

I bought an $80 ring and within 12 hours a diamond had already fallen out. I know I have a one year warranty but the fact it didn't even last one day is very disappointing. I purchased the silver hearts of pandora ring with high expectations and fell in love with the ring. I was very disappointed to later realize a diamond had fallen out.

They could not find the charm in the book to scan the code, it took a while for them to find it. Was in store 20 minutes longer than I should have been.

The sales person didn’t listen to what I was wanting. I have a specific bracelet with very specific charms on it, and wanted clips to keep them in place. Hearts and flowers don’t “work” on a STAR WARS bracelet. It just seemed like she was trying to sell me something she liked instead of what I was asking for.

This was a surprise visit. My husband was in a hurry. I love to shop Pandora & he had time constraints that kept me from looking as much.

I asked about merchandise and was just told that merchandise wasn't available. Associate didn't try to find out if what I wanted could have been available at any near locations, like it's been done in other occasions.
