It wasn't necessarily this experience but i've had an issue with rings not being up to par.I only purchased earrings on this visit.

We came to get a cross necklace for my sister's 16th birthday. My mother wished there was another size option for the cross pendant than the one offered because it's bigger, too blingy, and not very dainty. I hoped the cross charm would work but the hoop was too big to work as a necklace. Not really anyone's fault or something that can be helped. We bought a chain and we will find a smaller pendant elsewhere.

The experience was satisfactory, nothing special. I was looking for one safety chain in particular. The associate kinda of brushed me off, stating they were out of stock on some items. After settling for other items, because what I wanted wasn't there. I happen to see the safety chain that I was looking for. After asking her if that was indeed the one I mentioned, she stated "oh yeah". Really, I just happened to notice it, this is your inventory. Why did you not care enough to look for what I wanted...

The space was small in the store. There was a crowd of people around the rings, so I waited several minutes before having the opportunity to even look at the ring options.

2 things, neither related to my experience per se as much as the merchandise. First, this is my 2nd Pandora bracelet. I asked about the clasp as I've found it very difficult to put on by myself. After reviewing the options tho, I went with another one like I have. And I have already found it to be difficult. Second, I was looking for a birthstone charm... just my personal preference, but I didn't really like the options you currently have for emerald charms, especially for the price charged. I wound up just purchasing the bracelet, and getting a charm that I liked more elsewhere.
