I had trouble trying to exchange a ring. I was told there wouldn’t be a problem. The manager has to approve the exchange.

Most of the inventory of charms had been picked through and it wasn’t easy to navigate all of the options. Maybe an interactive tablet or screen with a search function would help based on all of the choices. Also it’s the holiday season. Inexcusable not to have enough inventory during the busiest gift giving time of year.

When I walked in a crowd had been formed. The lady taking names down on a list skipped me two times for other ladies in the store. I have to remind her a couple of times that I was next in line. She actually skipped the guys waiting in line and went straight to the women. Almost felt unwelcome in the store.

That would, in my opinion, mean it was perfect. There were several customers making it hard to move around in the store. We had rings and bracelet to get cleaned following my purchase and we had to leave them for about 15 min. At that time there were not many customers in tbe store. Would have been nice to have been able to get it done while we waited afew minutes. I always have good help in the store though

I walked in the store and stood at the counter while a sales lady waited on a person that came in after me. I was not acknowledged. When she finished with that other person the sales lady turned her back to me and just walked away. I stood there about to walk out when my daughter stared her down so she then asked if I needed help. I was there to buy a charm to remember my Beloved Mother's passing. I felt snubbed.

The staff was really nice. Helped me make a hard decision on a bangle. They also were understanding about the time I took to make a decision.

Not that I wasn’t satisfied, but there was some confusion with trying to find my purchase on the computer. It was a minor problem but at the end of the day I ended up with a new ring.
