Display areas had charms not available in trays that associate was showing us. We did not see these displays until leaving. She did not when asked if there were any other ‘hearts’ available include those different ones in the displays that were not in the trays. Just disappointing that we did not get to see all of what might be offered until after we had made purchase.

The sales associates were leaned up against the display cases talking when I came in. Talking not at all a problem but the posture very unwelcoming. They did start helping me right away but the attitude was very nonchalant, not offering any suggestions. I said I was shopping for a gift but still no suggestions. The attitude seemed to be “do you know what you want yet?”

I was upset that the employee did not cooperate with me when i said the credit card machine was not working when my multiple bank cards were declined (never had my cards declined ever before). I told her i am not seeing anything on the screen so i don't think the machine is working. She wouldn't understand until i slided 3 cards and finally she thought of trying a different machine, which showed total on the screen and accepted my card right away.

The sales associate served me was the store leader who was very friendly and helpful. However, there were two other sales associates finished with other customers and started to talk about customers. They were not quite professional. And when I left the store, as I passed them I turned around to say goodbye and they were staring at me with no smile and no words. The first time I left a Pandora store with a cloudy mood. Sounds like they needed more training time.
