Sales associate did inform us of any upcoming sales

When walking in the store, there was two sales associates that was assisting other customers and three sales associate having a private conversation. They never acknowledge me. I had to wait on one of the sale associate to finish her sale with another customer.

Associate was not friendly, seemed dismissive. Associate didn’t seem to want to allow me time to view merchandise outside of the glass. And rushed me when choosing what pieces I wanted.

While waiting in line, a sales associate asked about what we would be looking for. We mentioned to her that we would be looking at Pandora ME charms. It would have been nice to know that there was a limited selection to what they had available in store due to business, so we could have made the decision to go inside or just order online.

Overall the experience was good. They only thing that didn’t meet my needs was that two of the girls working there seems to not want to help us. But when others customers came in the were very friendly with them just not us

I'm guessing due to the corona virus the selection of merchandise was very limited or maybe they were bought out due to mother's day either way there was hardly anything to buy. I also wasn't not given the option like in other stores to maybe order what I was looking for. I ended up leaving with only a bracelet when I wanted much more.

The staff in the store was friendly. The shop was lacking in merchandise.

Once walking in, I felt as if one of the ladies (not Erica the other one that was there that night) were rude. I showed her what I was looking for, and told her online for this store said they had very few left. Instead of trying to help me look for it she kinda brushed it off and told me she’s never seen it. Erica came and helped me instead, and she found it for me!

Sales associate had difficulty removing and installing bracelet charms due to having extremely long fake fingernails. Our sales experience could have been shortened significantly if she would not have to be worrying with her fingernails. They were pretty, but not conducive to a good sales experience.
