The sales person did not take much interest in helping me. she just seemed to be going through the motions. They did not have the correct size bracelet. I had to ask her to call another location.

The lady that helped me wasn’t very attentive. She seemed like she didn’t really know what she was doing. I asked someone for help and they went to grab the other girl.

I think overall I just am not satisfied with the price of the merchandise. For what it is, they are so incredibly busy when you walk in that the wait makes it not worth the experience.

I went to purchase a gift card. There were 2 associates waiting on other customers. I had to wait 15 minutes to speak with an associate. Once 1 of the 2 associates came available, a 3rd associate came out of a back room. My wait time could have been far less if the 3rd associate would have exit the back room earlier.

It was my first time although I talked about purchasing the feeling of comfort wasn’t there with the associate. I really didn’t know what I wanted and I didn’t see a selection. I guess the average person knows what they want but I didn’t so I only bought a bracelet and 1 charm.

The seller right away assumed I could not afford a nice bracelet and when I told her my size she aaaumed it wouldn’t fit that I needed a bigger size based on my appearance. I was right about my size after all. Wanted to just walk out but I really needed another bracelet.

I found out for the first time pandora does not offer any type of repair or replacement for jewelry. It was never explained by any sales rep that the bracelet I had should not have had as many charms placed on it and that’s the reason it broke. I am very disappointed.

Associate was rude and not helpful , didn’t show variety of the collection I was looking for. Associate also had a bad attitude the moment we walked in. This Location was disappointing.

We waited for about 20-30 minutes for someone to assist us. One associate skipped over us and another couple to assist a family that just walked in the store without remorse. We had to bring the issue to her attention. I do t remember the young lady’s name that assisted us but she was very apologetic and pleasant. She continued to apologize throughout our visit. She was great 😊

The staff members were all but cleaning my husband and I. We tripped over the mopping as we were standing there waiting for the associate to find the pricing and let us pay for what we wanted. None of the girls knew where the O pendant I wanted was. It was very obvious that they didn’t want us in the store and I should have ordered online. I also wanted a Disney pendant that they said they didn’t have. There were three ladies in there and I probably won’t return to that store. This is the second time I have have experienced poor customer service there. If you are paying for a high item like Pandora you should have friendlier staff. I should have left before we purchased anything honestly. I had another order and have already purchased online.
