Mainly unsatisfied with the customer service at this location. Workers were moody and not willing to answer all questions we had this was our first time buying here. It was for my daughter’s birthday. I even asked opinions on what finger she should wear the ring. So rude and not wanting to answer nicely. And seemed bothered by me asking for their help to shop for the right ring. Didn’t even want to box it for me. Very disappointed. In their workers customer service. Other than that everything in the store was nice and easy to find.

The store was very busy. My Husband and I walked in the store and were ignored by several associates. We were there before other people and still got served after them. The girl who was helping us was new but it was like she had never been trained, just thrown onto the floor. It was very disappointing. Not only that, but she, as well as her trainer, were both very rude. I understand being busy, but come on!

Upon purchasing my pandora ring I brought it home and put it on for a total of eight hours. In this timeframe this “all sterling silver” ring caused me to have such a severe allergic reaction that my finger became swollen to three times it’s normal size, turn red and even become blistered. I wasted 93 dollars on a ring that I had to have cut off my finger when I have worn plenty of sterling silver jewelry before and never experienced a reaction before.

There were 3 or more working. They never smiled, it seemed that I was an interruption to their day. I purchased a Mrs. charm. It was like pulling teeth. She didn’t give me a receipt or a bag nor do I remember her saying thank you. I had to ask as I left the dry. This experience was very dry compared to other Pandora Stores I’ve visited. I had planned on buying 3 or 4 charms but was just ready to get out of there.

Devin K had the nastiest attitude. Subtle but was there. We understand that the store gets full and you might be understaffed but that’s not our fault. I worked customer service and the goal is to ALWAYS keep the customers happy while shopping. She just did not do that. I had never had a bad experience up until I came today.

I understand staffing is difficult right now, but the wait for service is not worth the trouble. I find it humiliating to stand outside the store and watch other people shop until another associate is available. Not only was the wait well over 25 minutes, once allowed into the store, I was overjoyed to learn that the items I was shopping for were sold out. I am pretty sure that someone in this organization knows this is a very poor business plan.
