The sales person that waiting on me was not knowledgeable about the online sale. If I would not have taken the time before leaving the mall to read the full online ad I wouldn’t had to make an additional trip back to the mall to get my sisters Christmas gift.

I was at the Sevierville, TN location and I told the sales lady that a stone had come out of my ring. She looked up my information and asked what size ring I needed. They did not have my size so I said I would return it when I get back home. I returned home went to my Cool Springs location and that's when the problem started. I entered the store and the sales lady asked how she could help me. I stated I needed to return my ring. Then a another woman spoke up and asked where did I purchase my ring because they could not look up things from other stores. I explained to her they looked it up for me out of town and she said their system don't work like that can't pull up things from other stores. She had a very nasty disposition and not one time did she ask if I had my receipt. Because I did when they looked my up out of town they printed my receipt. I explained to the manager or team lead I don't know who she was but she had to put in her code to finish my transaction. that I had my receipt she walked off and disappeared in the back room. Until the sales lady need her code. The salesperson was very king and respectful but the manager was nasty.

I’ve been shopping at this store for several years and I have to say this was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with the associate wasn’t friendly and not very helpful felt that I could have went to Walmart and received better service. I walked out of the store with a receipt in hand and my box in my purse. The worst of all when my husband and I checked out she was put out with the time it was taking no my husband to make payment what she didn’t know was he’s sick and things take a little longer for him shame on her for being rude. Also, after looking over one of my brackets it was brought to the store managers attention that there could be a problem with my clasp she said no and moved on like that was the final word and I had to except it. So I’ve decided to not shop at Pandora and will tell all of my family and friends to do the same. I think what hurt the most is the treatment that my sick husband felt that he was inconvenience.

I bought a charm for $76.48 for my wife as a Xmas present, Apparently she didn't like it. So She walked into the store late last night (12/28) and returned the item I bought her for Xmas. And bought couple of other charms along with the initial refund($76.48 applied) which came to a total of $96.23 and paid the bill, But for some reason she changed her mind and wanted to shop online and returned everything. My wife was expecting the refund for Initial charm I bought her($76.48) and second purchase she made for ($96.23) which will sum to $172.71, But rather she got a refund for $99.14, My wife tried to explain this several times, but in vain , she was turned down by the store manager Ms.Lucy and ill treated my wife during this process. At this point my wife was loosing her confidence and left the store very disappointed and discriminated, Adding to the fact that she is an expecting mom. My wife went to her car and started crying, I actually happened to call her the exact same time, my wife told me on the phone was that she is upset, I asked her to come home first and she explained exactly what has happened which i just narrated. I don't have enough space to explain the rest

The sales associate was not familiar with the merchandise, and not friendly at all. The manager stated I could not exchange my merchandise (with a valid receipt) due to the merchandise being purchased at another PANDORA store. The item was not discontinued and was purchased previously. The staff was VERY RUDE, and not affable at all!

I tried to pay for my purchase with my Pandora credit card. I was asked if I had made a purchase before at this store and I said Yes. I was told I was not in the system. Huh? Gave my email... nothing. Gave my wife's email..nothing. So I asked? Can't I just pay for this? Answer, No, you are not in our system ?????? So, my wife came back who I was buying for..awkward..and I was able to pay. After my card was taken to the back room and the number was called in?? I don't know..Fraud Alert! This is the only Pandora location this has happened at and it has happened both times I have shopped here. Also, I was prepared to purchase a lot more but I felt hurried by the associate. My wife had picked 8 charms for me to pick from considering the buy2 get 1 free sale ending that day..I was going to buy 8, but as I picked out 3 the others were put back.I don't know what I had looked at!!
