The sales clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were working on two orders at the same time. She also cleaned a bracelet and put the new charms on bracelet.

The two ladies were extremely helpful and nice. They didn’t push me to purchase something I didn’t want. They also laid out all my options for what I was looking for and helped me in my final decision.

The sales lady had a friendly personality and she gave me different ideas for the purchase I was buying. She also had patience with me in picking the right item for my wife's birthday. She also helped me with some future ideas for other occasions.

the sales associate helped me find, patiently, what i needed for my tiny fingers and i ended up buying something she suggested in a different size we wouldn’t have expected because she was observant and thinking out of the box.
