Fast friendly service on my exchange. Loved the manager that helped my daughter and I.

I have social anxiety, but wanted to get a gift for a family member. I had to work up the courage to go. I researched some products prior to my arrival. It was my first time ever at a Pandora store, but it will not be my last. The girls working were so incredibly kind, sweet, and patient. I felt so welcomed. They really helped me feel comfortable during my visit and remained patient with my questions. They were also very helpful with the selection of charms/gave me recommendations, as I was quite lost with so many options. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will return to this location in the future.

My sales associate was very professional. She was very knowledgeable about the product and different selections of rings for the ages I was looking for. Looked very pro as well. I would definatley shop at this store again and I feel that I would get the great service that I did on that day

I went there to get more charms and came out with much more. Everything was so beautiful. The service was great and made me more comfortable in making my choices.

I got it for my Birthday

just knew what wanted and unfortunaly you did not have it , but Shaniya was able to find it at another store. Also got my rings cleaned.

Rebecca the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. She kindly showed all the bracelets we were interested in seeing. She was helpful to provide information about gift card purchases and also the gifts that would be related after certain amount of purchase. We are very satisfied with the sore and the salesperson's work.
