I called ahead to check inventory of my specific request. The associate was able to tell me what was in stock at that location AND they could order what wasn't from a different location & send it directly to my home. They also held the in-stock merchandise until I could arrive later that morning. Although I was disappointed Pandora no longer gift wraps I was grateful I was given a cute Pandora bag & tissue paper.

My sales associate Koresha H. was an absolute delight! She is knowledgeable and asked all the right questions so I knew all of what I could choose from. She’s the reason I’ll get all my pandora accessories from the summit mall location :)
