We arrived at the store in summit mall Fairland Ohio, With a bracelet we had bought in Hawaii on vacation. The bracelet broke the same day we bought it bought it unfortunately it was on the way to the airport for our trip home. We called the boutique where we bought it, Left messages but no one returned our calls. The boutique's name was boutique Sharon 2. We had spent approximately$ 850.00 there on Pandora charms and bracelet. The associates at the Pandora store in summit mall,in Fairlawn Ohio were very a accommodating and kind. I have been a Pandora customer for years and I just love it. The experience with the Honolulu store door was very disheartening. I personally own 3 Pandora bracelets and Have bought 3 bracelets for my 3 granddaughters,plus earrings and necklaces in the past. This particular bracelet that I bought in Hawaii was for my daughter. She had taken us on this trip to Hawaii. Thanks to the Pandora store and associates in summit mall Fairland Ohio Good memories have been restored for our trip. Thank you very much.

I originally went to the mall only to stop at Zales for my routine jewelry inspection but happened to venture off to the other wings in the mall just out of curiosity. I seen Pandora had a Mothers Day promo for a free bracelet with $150+ purchase! I recently lost my own Pandora bracelet that my boyfriend has been slowly adding charms too so I figured the store promo would be a perfect time to work on replacing my bracelet and some charms! I was greeting but the sweetest, most attentive associate Sarah S (No. 220218) and she went above and beyond to listen to my needs, guide me through each tray of charms and help me find the exact ones i used to have! I didn’t want to be stubborn, timely or a bother but she assured me I was no hassle at all and made my experience MORE than satisfactory! I will definitely be back!! (PS. Her eyeliner was bomb af too! Tell her i said that! Lol)
