I was 6 days late over the return policy date but the salesperson gladly exchanged the bracelet for the next larger size. I also purchased a ring for my Granddaughter and 2 charms for my bracelet while in the store.

Ashley was courteous and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable about the products.
