The sales clerk was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I came on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and was disappointed that no black Friday deals were offered.

Ianah H was a wonderful sales associate! She guided me and made recommendations based on my description of merchandise. She was pleasant and made my transactions smooth/easy.

DeVine the sales associate is an absolute pleasure to work with except she “makes me” spend all my money...lol

I went in to build a ring, Divine was amazing she helped me decided and build the ring I loved! She even held it for my fiance and gave him a military discount! Will be back because of her!

This was my first time in the store. I usually purchase Pandora items online. The store was very nice. It had exactly the charms that I wanted. The sales associate, Divine #199059, was great, very nice. I told her what I wanted, she pulled them quickly, and she showed them to me. The transaction process was easy. She asked me questions about the purchase that made everything smooth.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the associate made it easy , helpful for me to choose from , and waited until I decided what I want for sure also have me a pandora catalog too.

Upon arrival immediately acknowledged me being asked for reason . Very helpful from main salesperson and others as well . The sales lady was very nice knew a lot about the merchandise . Did not push sales on me but gave honest opinion which I loved. Left very confident with my purchase I will definitely return again
