There weren't very many associates available when I first arrived. However it did not take an extremely long time to get waited on. The associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took time with me in order to determine sizes of bracelets as well as charms that I might be interested in. I was extremely satisfied regarding my overall experience .

Divine (my sales associate) was so kind and helpful and treated me like I was the only person in the store (while there were lines). She didn’t try to encourage me to get the more expensive piece she really wanted me to have what looked best. She is a rockstar. I had a great experience because of her.
