I really appreciated the associates patience with me, I really wasn’t sure what to get my wife for Mother’s Day and she was so sweet and kind. While I asked her a lot of questions and kept searching for the right piece of jewelry for my wife. Divine was wonderful to work with and she really knows her products, she was great from my aspect. I just wish the other associate would’ve stopped bugging her and trying to help, because I really don’t think she was, she was more interrupting then anything. Divine did perfectly fine :) thank you again Divine!

I went to exchange my bracelet for a bigger one because I ordered online and the size was wrong that I got did not fit the selection in the store was very little so I had to settle for a different bracelet I also had a chain charm that I needed to exchange because it did not fit on the certain bracelet that I bought but I couldn’t do so because The price difference was at least $25 Pandoras pricing is insane and very high I also looked for a cleaning cloth so I could polish my bracelet when it needed it because they tarnish often and was told that Pandora no longer gives out cleaning cloth and that they are now five dollars and during times like this to charge for a small cloth is kind of wrong

The sales associates were very knowledgeable and polite
