Ianah was super helpful helping me chose the right kind of bracelet! I've never been to Pandora before and wanted to buy a charm bracelet. She measured my wrist, explained everything in great detail and showed me all the charms to choose from which there was alot! She was friendly, efficient, and was full of information about what I was buying. The experience was great, and I will be returning to fill my bracelet up with more charms soon! She really was awesome.

One of my charms was stuck on my bracelet and the associate replaced my bracelet and the damaged charm. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful I greatly appreciate her help!
