I had a wonderful experience, the lady helped me very fast and did a professional job. It was my first time picking my daughters out bracelets and she explained very nicely how everything went.

THE MERCHANDISE IS A HIT OR MISS THEY DON'T HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LOT OF TIMES. THEY ARE OUT OF WHAT YOU WANT.AND IT TAKES FOREVER IT SEEMS LIKE TO RESTOCK.

We were kindly greeted upon entering the store. We didn't know which way to go with all the arrows but the employee was very gracious. She was also knowledgeable about our return/exchange.
