Sale clerk was very kind and had a mask on and ask customer to please exit store who was not wearing a mask!

Knowledgeable and friendly associate. Clean store. The Disney charm Marie was out of stock. So I purchased two spacers. The associate told me to call in a week or two to check on the status of Marie. I do not buy online.

I ordered earrings and bent the post trying to put them on. I was going to return the earrings, but the sales associate got another pair and showed me how to put them on correctly. She even had me practice a few times before I left the store!! Wonderful experience & beautiful jewelry!!!
