Jamie the store manager was so kind. I had broken the clasp on my Braslet and she replaced it for me hassle free. The other associates even put all of my charms back on my braslet for me. It was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I continue to be satisfied with the way pandora stands behind there products. Shopping experiences like the one I just had is just one more reason that I will definitely return to the Fairlawn Ohio summit mall pandora store.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the product. They all smiled and answered all my questions. They wore their own personal Pandora, which helped customers like me see that they enjoy the product as much as I do.

Jamie was awesome very attentive and engaging as soon as me and my husband walked up. She told us about others items which I would have brought but they had just sold the last ring so I will return back to see Jamie even though we live in Cleveland I will take the drive because she was so awesome. Jamie is a valuable asset to your company.

I appreciated that fact that the nearest Pandora store that had a particular charm that I was looking for was 45 minutes away. When I called the location to verify that this location had the charm the store held it for me in spite of their relocation to a location in the middle of the mall while the store was under construction. It really shows that no matter what the situation may be Pandora does not lose its integrity or great customer service as an establishment. I really appreciated that.
