This was my first time in a Pandora Store and the sales associate pointed out all of the starter gift sets and all of the different options and styles available. She was very knowledgeable and eager to show me the different types of merchandise available and eager to answer all of my questions. She even helped me to get my gift set ready with some extra tissue paper and ribbon!

Exchanged with no receipt after 30 days. They could tell it had never been out of the gift box.
