Excellent customer service

During my visit, it was found that my bracelet was defective and the associates were quick to replace it. Likewise they cleaned my pandora ring quickly. Also the associate helped me find the best charms for my personality and was happy to put them on for me.

Custmer service was excellent. We were helped right away. Suggestions were made. Employee went out of her way to check size of ring. She offered gift wrap and had a smile on her face. She also told us how to care for the ring!
