I walked in knowing not a thing but some vague ideas of what my beloved wanted. Sales associates helped me right away, helped me find what I needed, and gave me some great ideas for her birthday next month. 10/10 would shop again.

The sales associate was very patient with me since I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. She showed me things I was interested in and helped make my decision a little easier for me. Two of the beads I wanted were out of stock so that was a negative but not her fault at all. She was very pleasant.

Very friendly associates. Went to Gracy Lane in Hudson Ohio to buy a pandora charm & there was an associate behind the counter & never asked if I needed help. When I asked if she could show me charms she did so reluctantly & was not knowledgeable about the charms. I left without buying one & went to the Pandora store instead. Would never buy one from the store in Hudson or recommend it.

I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WANTED TO GET A SPECIAL FREIND OF MIND,BUT 2 OF YOUR ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME PICK OUT WHAT I NEEDED.

I was very empressed by the workers at Pandora. I was buying a present for my mom and the employees worked well with me to find the perfect gift. The store was packed, but they managed to help me in 2 minuets. It was a great experience.

I was greeted with in two minutes after arriving in the store. The sales associate was extremely pleasant and helpful. She assisted me in finding the item I was looking for. I had a pleasant experience at Pandora.

Pandora has a very good variety of options, especially for charms that my wife appreciates. The staff is always very helpful and professional.
