My son bought me earrings for my birthday. Slim selection. Overall nice -helpful clerk I found a pair of hoops. Adding to the collection of Pandora.

When I walked in the store , there was no associates available. I was the only one in the store. It took 5 minutes before an associate came from the office to help me.

The sales representative had a lackluster personality. The merchandise for younger girls was limited.

It was the sales associate. She was nice but overbearing. I’ve had some wonderful experiences in that store but not this time. I prefer a more relaxed, less pressure shopping experience.

Wasn’t happy w the fact spent over 200 dollars and there weren’t anymore free bracelets. Was told I would have to go to Cleveland and make the purchase in order to receive one although my purchase qualifies for it

The store associate was somewhat disinterested. She offered no assistance. I asked for a specific item and she rang it up. It was not a horrible experience, just lackluster.
