I wasn’t highly satisfied bc I dontt like pandora insurance policy I recently lost my pandora bracelet and it’s was full I spent at least $65 on each charm and it was nothing I can do when I lost it so I had to buy another whole bracelet and start over on a whole new bracelet

The sales associate was great showed me how to open the bracelet but, my wife and I couldn’t close it without the possibility of breaking it.

I am highly satisfied with the Fairlawn store & staff. The store is very clean & staff is very helpful. I won't be returning in the near future as I have purchased everything I need for now.

Due to staffing shortages, I had to wait outside the store until an associate was available to assist me. I understand this is due to Covid, but it was a minor inconvenience.

I was not greeted in any shape or form when entering the store. I could see all associates were busy helping someone, but not one person acknowledged me or said “ we will be with you shortly “ after an associate was finished she still didn’t acknowledge me. I was the first to say something. Overall, purchase was made, and gift receipt received.

None of the associates greeted me or spoke to me. I had to wait around for 5-10 minutes before someone spoke to me. Only one associate was with a customer at the time. One associate was behind the counter not helping anyone and another associate was walking around. I only made a purchase because it was for a birthday gift. Otherwise I tend to take my business elsewhere when the staff in a store does not speak.

I specifically went in with my daughter's bracelet to get it cleaned on 11/28, just to be told they will not start cleaning again until 12/1. Seriously, no one was in the store. Just me, I bought three charms and couldn't get my bracelet cleaned. Just didn't feel right.

I wanted a necklace but the chain wasn't long enough. There should be different sizes for necklace chains.
