I had a Pandora email on my phone but wasn’t able to open it in your store. I had 4 items I wanted to see in the store with my daughter and show her them for my wife’s birthday. You need to get a Wi-Fi for customers in the future so no one else will have this problem. Thanks for everything.

No one spoke in the store upon entry. There were a total of 3 associates in the store and not one spoke except for the one helping us. Until she found out I was spending a lot of money did she relax while serving me.

I did see that they pulled what was available in specific sizes but would have liked to seen everything that was available. Even if I needed to order and have something delivered. Would like to have seen all options despite of size.

The sales lady was just rude. When I asked questions it was as if I was a bother. I was able to get the charm I wanted but was interested in rings and it appeared to annoy her when I asked to get sized.

I always have a good experience. My sales associate was very helpful. Just seemed like she was a little timid working woth me, but overall ot went well.

Sales people behind the counter seem to be in conversation and took awhile to get help.
