I pointed to a ring and the helper didn’t give me what I wanted but I still loved it. It was a bit pricy for just a simple band ring.

I like the merchandise. I just think that it’s overpriced just for sterling silver. Also I wish they were more cute Disney charms for the rose gold bangles

Some of the catalog items were not in stock at the store. Understand that I was in the store on December 26th, so that may explain why some items were "sold out" I still found a nice piece with the help of the store associate so I am satisfied with my purchase.

It was just a nice experience, nothing crazy impressive.

With it being Black Friday there weren't enough salespersons to assist the number of people. Other than that everything was pleasant

I wish there were more selections for ring style, many of hem looked like they were engagement rings verses every day rigs

The store did not have the new shine reflections bracelet in my size.

I feel that the coat of the charms are very expensive. I believe that the prices for claps should be cheaper. Spacers should also be less expensive. I love the charms however the price makes it less affordable for many people.
