I’ve been to two stores and the ring & size wasn’t available

Both accociates were rude. I felt rushed as I tried on rings. I was looking for certain items but I felt that they just didn't want to help. I love pandora, but it felt like a chore to shop.

My visit was short because I knew what I wanted and the sales associate did a great job at helping me. I guess what I was expecting was possibly getting my bracelet cleaned or inspected while I was there and a case for my charm.

I do not like how the charms, beads are on stacked trays. That makes it difficult to see everything and decide what you want to buy. Very time consuming and I felt like I didn’t get to see everything and then make my decision what I wanted to buy!

The employees were generally helpful, but not overly pleasant. I did get all the help that I needed, but I did not feel like I was very wanted in the store. I was there twice in one week and the first time I asked for my fingers to be sized and the employee told me to just try on sample rings and then see which one fit. The second day, when I made the purchase, the girl was polite but did not seem thrilled about me coming in as a customer.

The sales staff present when I visited the store were not welcoming or friendly. They seemed to be put off by having to do their job. A hello and a smile would have been nice.

I bought three rings and two of them were for my two daughters that were receiving there first real nice ring for more than 25 dollars. I got them each the new silver crown rings. I got myself the 60 crown ring. We only recieved one bag. Both my daughters wanted there ring box in a bag. I spent 245 and felt like I should og got a polishing clothe. We love the rings and plan on getting charm bracelets and more stackable rings,

Our sales associate didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. We asked about a few charms and she didn't know what they were. I had to look one of them up ony phone. I assumed the store would have handhelds to look up merchandise. Then checking out she needed to go to the back to find some sort of authorization code for the account I just opened. It just seemed unorganized.

Needed to exchange a bracelet to a different size. My husband actually found one on a display. Sales rep didn't think to do that and said it needed to be ordered and didn't know when it would come in. Thanks to my husband for thinking outside the box! I'm now wearing my new braclet!
