Not familiar with the merchandise. Seemed to be a bit rushed. Price was a little steep.

This pandora store did not have anything that I was interested in so I had to wait a few days

very understaffed, selection of merchandise slim, salesperson was on first day and had no assistance

I had a good experience during my visit. The prices are expensive for some of the charms. It would be nice if some of the charms were a little cheaper.

The sales associate was very nice but I was left with the impression she thought I might steal items. Although I think she was trained to be careful with customers, when she moved away from the counter she moved the charms . I certainly wasn’t going to steal anything- in fact I spent almost $ 400.00. I’m understanding but it did bug me somewhat. I know there’s always a balance but I felt she didn’t trust me. I was dressed in sweat pants and a sweat shirt.... I don’t know if that effected her judgement with me or not. She was very nice though and doing her job . I haven’t really had that experience before- thank you , C. Bissonnette

They salesperson wasn't very friendly.

New sales associate was very unfamiliar with products. She was not helpful. And she was argumentative.

The wait to get help to even look at an item was too long. And you can't really even look at items without a personal assistant.
