Doing online order from store is very cumbersome. Bar code for receipt to do this survey didn’t display on iPhone; had to go a computer. Customer service wasn’t able to help because they can’t look up receipts when purchase is done in store. Not a very customer centric company at all.

There was only one associate available** we had chosen a charm to purchase for my birthday which was that day the price tag was $75 as we began to purchase we were informed that the item was going to be $95 instead because they had supposedly not updated it I wanted to decline it but the person buying it for me insisted and still got it I felt that was a downer for the item I had loved in the beginning.

The sales associate was very nice, but she did not know the merchandise and was not very knowledgable about the bracelets. She sold my daughter what she thought was a clasp and it was a regular bead. Very disappointing experience. We now have to return to the store to return the two wrong beads - over 30 miles away.

I just felt like the associate was not really helpful I asked to see the necklaces which I was goin to purchase she gave a book and said next time u can get like they are all on the wall like she didn’t even attempt to show me and her coworker was not friendly at all.

I purchased a Pandora Ring as a 1 year anniversary gift and they "ran out of boxes". I couldnt even get a box. She put it in a cheesy little paper envelope. It just makes the ring look cheap and cheesy. Not happy.
