When I first arrived in the store I was very satisfied with how quickly someone approached me to assist. As we began talking and I explained that I wanted to exchange a gift i received due to sizing issues, my associate was quick to reconcile the error. They first exchange of my ring was greag but I wanted 30 mins to try to exchange my bracelet. Instead of telling me she didn’t have anymore and i can come back when there was more in stock, she kept me waiting and I almost missed an appt. I offered to come back which then she offered me another bracelet and took down my contact information to call me back. 5 mins after I left she called back to tell me that they have found the bracelet I needed but also put the wrong bracelet back in my original box.

We did not like the sales lady because she would not show to much and we had to ask for stuff to look at and she kept looking out into the mall part or her watch it was like we were a bother to her

The sales associates did not acknowledge me once I arrived. Never gave me a greeting or told me that they would be with me soon. I waited 30minutes before someone spoke to me.

Sales rep.was rude to my friend.Price on bead wasn't correct. Sales rep.didnt honor price marked. Rolled her eyes & was disrespectful. Friend didn't make purchase because issue was not addressed. 3 workers none could so much as do thier noob and change the tags to correct price increases? My friend and I were not happy.

I love Pandora and always have, with only return after 30 days policy is not fair because I feel like the charms are always breaking soon after I get them. I pay a lot of money for the ones I have I wish that the return or exchange policy wasn’t so short.

The women who works at the summit mall location that was our sales associate was very rude. Seemed to be in a rush although no one else was in the store. Was not kind at all.

When asked to see bracelets the sales associate only showed us 5. Then when asking for a charm she was put out. When I realized she did not give us our military discount she said oh well. She seemed completely put out to sell us anything.

I’ve shopped with pandora every holiday for myself and daughters! We own several bracelets earrings etc the sales associate was VERY UNFRIENDLY like she almost disliked serving customers! Made this experience very dissatisfied

She asked for my email - it was required - ‘you will not receive any emails’. I verified I would receive no emails. Then I received this email for a survey. Super aggravated that this use of my email was not disclosed!!!!!!!

Buy online then Pick up in store. Had to wait in line 60 mins to pick up pre-paid for order. 2 girls working = 2 customers in the store. Horrible process. Should have had someone check people in line for pick ups. Asked upon arrival if this was an option and was told no I would have to wait in line. People in front of me, majority went into browse and took 15 mins each.
