My daughter and I Was the only customers in the store I asked if we could get our bracelets cleaned and was told no I said I understand because of Covid salesperson said no we been busy all day it was about five sales associates in the store and as I said my daughter and I was the only customers in there when I asked so I made my purchase and during my purchase I mentioned again we really wanted our bracelets cleaned and we have never been told no before coming in here they still refused very disappointing

Bought a few items for my daughter found out I bought a replica charm so went back to exchange for a different Piece and was told I couldn't exchange upgrade nor get a refund so disappointing

I felt like I was ignored by the sales clerks when I first walked in and was looking around the store. When someone finally approached me she was not overly friendly and flat out asked what I wanted. The item I was looking for was listed as in stock but was told sometimes that was correct because of sales that had not been updated in the system. I was very coldly asked if I wanted to wait while she looked for the item or pick something else out. I have never been treated so horribly in a Pandora store and I have been in stores in the United States and Europe!

Return policy on method of cash payment. You should be able to get a refund the same way you paid , you should not have to wait a week for a cash refund to be sent in a check if it’s over a certain about. This is very inconvenient for people.

I am new to Pandora and I have been to three other stores and the sales associates were always bubbly spirited and offering suggestions. The sales associates were willing to offer their opinions when asked and offering other options to target the look that I was shopping for. There were three sales associates that chose to just stand around me and watch me rather than offer any conversation of assistance as I was trying to decide on a purchase. It just did not seem like an engaging experience since I was the only customer in the store at the time of my visit. I would probably only visit this store location again if they had an item that I wanted and no other store had the item in stock and it wasn't available online either.

I had to go to 2different stores to find the charm I was interested in. Beachwood Mall in Beachwood OH and Summit Mall in Akron OH. The first location did not have the charm I wanted and did not offer ANY help at all to get said charm. They told me to try another store. Didn't even offer to order the charm or call another store to see if they had it. Both locations the sales associates will not leave the person they are helping. They follow them around like a puppy dog. Which, is fine if you are the person being helped, but if you are not the one being helped you are left to stand there waiting. They don't even acknowledge you walked in. A simple "hi, welcome to Pandora, i'll be with you in a minute" would have been nice. And, since most of the charms are under the counter behind locked doors, you can't even really browse while you are waiting. The customer service is just absolutely horrific. They don't need to baby sit each customer while they look at different charms. My shopping trip should have taken 2 minutes but instead it took me half an hour just to purchase a charm b/c no one would even acknowledge I was there. Sales associates really need to learn how to multi task.

The store was not crowded at all. There was a sales associate next to us putting jewelry away for several minutes without acknowledging us. We waited and waited for help - about ten minutes. My son went over to where the cash register was located because there were three associates talking with each other and did not seem busy. One of those associates had just finished with a customer. One of them said they were going to get someone in the back to come out and help us. No one came. Then two customers came in the store together and were immediately waited on by two of the associates that were addressed earlier. We spoke up saying that we had been waiting and that we should be waited on before the new customers that had just arrived. Then finally one of the associates came over and apologized. I bought one charm that I loved and paid for quickly. I wanted to buy more but I did not. I feel that in the future I will be going to a different Pandora location because of the manner in which we were treated.

The sales associate Genevia was not very friendly and seemed to have trouble finding the charms I was looking for. When she couldn’t find it she just told me it was sold out and she seemed like she was done with us and not willing to offer any other suggestions. It was the worst service at a Pandora that I have gone too. I don’t know if she was uncomfortable because I’m in a wheelchair and if so then apparently classes need to be taught to employees to treat us like any other customer. Pandora Southpark has the best employees.

The associate we worked with was not knowledgeable and very pushy. We had no private time to look around the store. She kept asking us to up the dollar amount of our purchase and wanted us to spend more. I had one thing in mind and that was it we came in to buy it and it took 3X longer to do so than it should have. Was very annoyed with the pushyness of the associate

Your sales girl by the name is Sarah drop my entire bracelet all over the floor my charms flew everywhere they lost one and now they do not want to replace it very bad business contacting everybody I can’t wait to start this problem and process of talking to corporate right now
