The cashier didn't introduce herself and she didn't offer any ideas I had to ask her if she has more charms that she can show me plus I had to ask her if she didn't mind putting the charms on my bracelet so I can see how it looks đ I wanted to ask for another sales person but everyone else were busy. I've worked in retail for over 20years and from my experience you always treat the customer with the upmost respect to show your appreciation

The sales girl was not friendly or helpful. I had mask on. She saw me with difficulty putting on bracelet and did not help. Barely talked. Referred to book with prices. This is my 3rd bracelet purchase. She was terrible!

Jared jewelry store online. Christmas gift, order went through, but got an email that the order was cancelled and could not be fulfilled days later. Missed out on free bracelet gift!

The two ladies who rung us up were very rude. Giving dirty looks, rolling their eyes. Didnât say much at all, had attitude in their voices when they were talking.

I have been shopping at Pandora in Summit Mall for many years, have always found all your managers and staff to be very friendly and customer satisfaction was a priority, I was there a couple of days ago and found your manager Brianna to NOT be very customer friendly which upset me because I have spent a lot of money throughout the years and Christmas at that store and customer satisfaction has always been important.

On Christmas Eve -2nd busiest shopping day of the year. sales associate writing down names. Display cases a mess. Selection book all taken apart and thrown around top of display case.many charms and braclets were out of stock.

The sales associate was not nice in the slightest bit. She had no knowledge of any of the products . And she was not helpful at all gave attitude when asking to look at things.

This store needs all new staffing. Iâve visited this location 3 times and Iâve had a similar experience each time. The associates are increadibly rude, unapproachable and unfriendly. The associates working today looked absolutely miserable. Joyce was my sales person today and she was just awful. She didnât make eye contact with me at all and seemed like I was annoying her for wanted to purchase a charm. She needs to maybe work in the back and avoid customers. Customer services isnât for everyone. Please find better staff.

I was satisfied/high satisfied with my experience at the Pandora store. I'm not sure why this comment box is asking me to explain why I was not satisfied. I'm now not sure if I accidently marked something different on a previous page for the question, but there is no button to return to previous pages. Again, I am very satisfied with my experience at the Pandora store.
