Husband purchased from pandora online... he measured my existing pandora bracelet to small so my new one was to small. I went in to exchange it for a bangle. She highly pressured me to buy what she chose. I purchased a charm I did not need because I had to spend my entire exchange that day. I went to the Belden Village Pandora the next day to purchase what I wanted. I just wanted to leave the Summit Mall store so left completely unhappy. Belden Village Canton Ohio Pandora girls were exceptional! Listened to what I wanted.. showed it to me. They exchanged my charms and clips out and gave me a small store credit back without pressuring me to get the cleaning kit because Summit Mall obviously does not give store credits. Oddest store experience I've had in forever. Making me get a cleaning kit instead of just giving me a store credit. I have been eying a ring and necklace and will be back to Belden to purchase once the kids go back to school and I can run over there on my lunch hour.
