Pandora Jewelry

I bought this item for my 12 year old granddaughter who simply loved it. I highly recommend grandparents to buy their granddaughter something like this jewelry that they can keep and cherish it for a very long time and even pass it on to their granddaughters etc.

I was beyond enthused with purchasing jewelry from this location. I love the environment amd atmosphere that the store shared. The employees that work there were friendly and gave excellent custormer service. If I could give 1-10 stars I'd give a 100. Best experience ever. I definitely will be returning soon

I shopped at the store in The Shops at Friendly Center. N'Gayle was my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist me in my purchases.

Almost immediately upon entering the store, I was asked by a sales assistant if I needed assistance. When I told her what I was looking for (dance slippers), she replied they were not available but suggested a ballerina charm. I made my purchase without any wait time. This purchase took place on Sunday, New Years Eve, and other customers were in the store.

I loved the 45% off sale they were having. The sales associate was very helpful. Although I live closer to another Pandora store, I travel 30 miles to go to Friendly Center in Greensboro NC because the service is better.

Very quick service. I was acknowledged by sales reps as soon a I entered the store. Very pleasant sales reps.

I needed to make an exchange and the sales clerk made it easy and simple. She told me about this survey and to fill it out in 7 days for a $10 discount. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and how to handle the merchandise.

Customer service was awesome

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the entire product line. She was very patient and did not try to rush me out of the store. She made several suggestions and showed me how the various charms might look grouped together and also suggested I take pictures for future reference. I believe her name was Jayden and she was fantastic - I was a first time buyer and I will be back!
