Pandora Jewelry

It was my first time shopping and Pandora. It took me a minute to pick out a charm but I was well assisted by the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a busy day - 12/22 - but I was greeted at the door by a very nice staff member who took my name and put it on his list. I am a disabled veteran, so I took a seat and browsed through a catalog. I was able to chose an item and in less than 10 minutes my name was called and I purchased the item and then completed the purchase at the cash register desk. This all took about another 10 minutes. All in all, it was a very pleasurable experience. Thank you all very much!

When i walked in the store there was someone standing there to welcome you. You didn't have to stand around waiting for someone to help you. The lady that waited on me knew what she was talking about.

The sales person Kiyah #163605 has the great customer service I have experienced in a very long time. she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pandora charms. I loved the atmosphere of the store and will recommend the Store at Friendly Shopping center to my friends and family.

Great sales associate as soon as I walked in the door was greeted by multiple associates they did not have a specific charm in stock I was looking for but I assumed so due to Christmas and such but he associate that helped me offered some great options
