I did not have any problems and I got what I needed and was satisfied.

I just purchased a gift card and needed to be in and out. Rep was easy to work with. Only issue I have is the waiting. The reps are working, just the customer's are indecisive. Lol I do my looking online and know exactly what I want. I'm always in a hurry so it just slows me down.
