I purchased the Essence Collection bracelet and charm for a Christmas gift to my mother. This is her 1st Pandora bracelet. I like the Essence Collection because the beads are smaller than the original Pandora beads, which look better on petite wrists.

The sales associate was very helpful and made you feel like a very important shopper. She went above and beyond my expectations!

I came in to get a specific and the salesperson, Malcolm, knew exactly what I wanted and got me the item. He was very pleasant and friendly. He did a great job on wrapping my gifts.
