I am highly satisfied with me and my honey's shopping experience at Friendly Center once Ms. Latryl opened up yo us once we explained to her it was our first visit to this jewelry store in Greensboro. Once we explained to her we wanted to start a bracelet collection, she became more patient and polite to us! We really appreciate her making the time to take of us despite it being 10 minutes to close this past Sunday...

Was looking for an affordable gift for a friend. Sales associate was extremely helping in making recommendations in the price range I wanted to spend. Absolutely love the bracelet I bought and may purchase another for a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law!

The sales associate was very friendly. She assisted us with an exchange as well as a purchase. She was great with showing us different charms as we asked. She asked for assistance at the register in getting our new charms wrapped and had us walking out quickly.
